Element

Description

Save

Saves the current cycle group to a folder including all the configuration files and motor positions

Load

Loads the cycle group

Cycle Name

Adds a name for the cycle group

Start

Initiates scanning the cycle group for one repetition of the cycles.

Table

  • cfg: The file location of the configuration used for the particular cycle iteration

  • X: the x-component of the location of the cycle in sample relative coordinates where the stage will navigate to execute the cycle iteration

  • Y: the y-component of the location of the cycle in sample relative coordinates where the stage will navigate to execute the cycle iteration

  • Z: the z-component of the location of the cycle in sample relative coordinates where the stage will navigate to execute the cycle iteration

Apply selected CFG

Applies the configuration used for the cycle iteration that is currently selected from the table

Clear cycles

Clears the cycle iterations from the cycle group

Move to selected

Moves the stage to the position of the cycle iteration that is currently selected from the table

Update selected

Overwrites the cycle iteration selected from the table with the current motor position and acquistion configuration.

Pre-Move Function

Input a function handle to a function to execute during cycle acquisition before each move to the current cycle iteration

Move Function

Input a function handle to a function to execute in place of the default move function which moves the configured SI Motors to the sample position for each cycle iteration

Post-Move function

Input a function handle to a function to execute during cycle acquisition after each move to the next cycle iteration

Time-Lapse

The time-lapse GUI

  • configures timelapses of cycles,

  • starts a timelapse,

  • and displays the progress of an ongoing timelapse

Element

Description

Current Iteration

Displays the current cycle iteration during an ongoing timelapse

Total Iterations

Use this to set the total number of cycles to execute in the next timelapse

Period [minutes]

Use this to set the number of minutes spanning between the starts of consecutive repetitions of the cycle

Save All iterations of the cycle?

check the box to override the cycle iterations configurations so that each cycle iterations’ acquisitions are saved.

Start

Starts a timelapse acquisition

Abort

Aborts a timelapse acquisition
